Gary and Mary West PACE in San Marcos, CA, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee NP/PA clinical practice within the PACE model. You will lead the providers, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Medical Director and IDT to deliver high-quality, participant-centered care.

This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, performance management, and QAPI participation, with a reduced panel for focused care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in NP/PA program and licensure.
• Current California NP or PA license and DEA registration.
• BLS/CPR certification and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead supervision and guidance for NPs and PAs.
• Maintain clinical practice standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support QI activities and participation in IDT initiatives.
• Develop care plans, evaluate performance, and mentor providers.
• Coordinate with Medical Director on clinical initiatives.
