Job summary

Mountain Empire Older Citizens Inc. is seeking a Clinical Oversight Manager to oversee clinical care, regulatory monitoring, and nursing workflows for an assigned caseload in a busy geriatric program.

The RN will collaborate with the IDT and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance with standards. The role requires Virginia RN licensure, geriatric experience, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Oral and written communication with participants, families, and providers.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration within the IDT.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple participants and tasks.
• Accurate record keeping and timely reporting in the health record.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an assigned caseload of approximately half of enrolled participants.
• Performs nursing assessments and documents changes per regulations and policy.
• Participates in the IDT, updates nursing plans of care, and communicates priorities.
