Responsibilities

• Conduct utilization reviews and discharge planning for smooth transitions.
• Guide IV insertion, venipuncture and other clinical procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of anatomy and medical protocols for patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on geriatric care.
