Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfills participant care responsibilities within CNA/CMA scope; may perform venipuncture, EKG, wound care.
• Provides personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, transfers, toileting).
• Schedules participants and ensures smooth care navigation; collaborates with IDT and PCP.
• Documents care and changes in EMR; reports condition changes to team.
• Assists with vitals, basic triage, and transporting participants.
• Assists with finger sticks and lab work; handles calls and communication with families.
