Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Clinic Technician (CMA/RMA/CNA) to perform patient care, treatments and clinic support under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director. The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation in EMR, and compassionate elder care in a Senior TLC setting.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years CNA/CMA experience and a valid NC license with a driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office and EMR is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years as CNA I/II or CMA/RMA with elderly care experience preferred.
• Valid NC license/registry/certification and unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments, procedures and patient care in the clinic.
• Support with vitals, basic triage and documentation in EMR.
• Assist with scheduling, care coordination and family communication.
• Maintain clean, organized clinic space and supplies.
