Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfills patient care responsibilities within MA scope, including vital signs and procedures.
• Assist patients through the encounter process to minimize ambiguity.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient encounters for job functions.
• Track and document closed loop communication with patients (labs, return calls, refills, etc.).
• Communicate with external and internal parties to facilitate continuity of care.
• Support administrative tasks: housekeeping, supplies, and scheduling.
