• Make beds and keep rooms tidy.
• Answer emergency calls promptly.
• Assist with toilet needs and continence care.
• Record vitals and report changes to nurse.
• Support mobility and daily living activities.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity.
• Participate in activity programming.
