Job summary

Candlestone Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee daily care staff activities in our assisted living and memory care units. You will ensure residents receive personalized assistance and maintain high care standards across shifts.

The role requires leadership experience in healthcare, preference for geriatric care, and licensure or training in nursing, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years Leadership Experience.
• Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the elderly population preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of care staff in assisted living and memory care.
• Ensure residents receive care and personalized assistance.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to meet community needs and stay within budget.
• Lead rounds to verify care staff perform tasks to established standards.
• Maintain documentation and participate in hiring, training, and disciplinary processes.
