Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior healthcare clinical and support experience required; experience with older adults preferred.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire; mandatory reporter training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical & patient care: Provide direct support and interventions for HELP patients and promote mobility, cognition, comfort and function.
• Administrative support: Screen/enroll patients, maintain records in EMR, coordinate with volunteers and HELP team.
• Volunteer development: Assist with orientation, training, recruitment, and schedule coordination.
