Stellar Care Group seeks a Staff Nurse to join the Nursing department. The ideal candidate is an LPN or RN licensed in Ohio and will provide compassionate care to elderly and disabled residents while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with all nursing policies.

You will administer medications, assist with admissions and transfers, and collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to maintain resident well-being in a skilled nursing facility.

• Knowledge of nursing practices for elderly and disabled residents.
• Proficient record-keeping and documentation per policies.
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing and speech.

• Maintain medication and treatment carts and room cleanliness.
• Ensure proper narcotic counts and safety of supplies.
• Lead nonprofessional staff on the unit and educate residents.
