Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited LPN/LVN program and currently licensed in the state.
• Must obtain required Continuing Education credits per state requirements.
• Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Document care accurately on MAR and ensure timely updates.
• Administer medications per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assemble and review resident charts and required forms for accuracy.
• Identify emergencies and respond to life-threatening situations per policy.
