Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for 12-hour shifts in Ohio. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric patients, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while supporting residents and families with education and emotional care.

Qualifications

Must be licensed as LPN by the state.
No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
Able to multitask and make quick decisions.
Strong communication with residents and families.
Experience in long-term or assisted living is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Educate patients and families about health care maintenance.
Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
Assist with geriatric care needs.
