Shift hours are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with duties including documentation, reporting to Wellness Director, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards and policies. Prior experience and Ohio licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State Nursing License required.
• LPN certification (Licensed Practical Nurse).
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standards of nursing practices and facility policies.
• Supervise and direct resident care and participate in care plans.
• Administer medications to residents and complete treatments as needed.
• Document care provided and residents' responses; report changes to physicians as necessary.
• Notify physician of changes in residents’ conditions and document accordingly.
