Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an RN Supervisor in Mississippi to lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate high-quality patient care in a post-acute setting.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to tailor care plans for each patient. Active RN license and 2+ years' nursing experience with supervision preferred are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
