Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Active CMA and CNA licenses in good standing.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physician.
• Document all medication management and care activities as required.
• Obtain, receive and store medications from pharmacy.
• Maintain medication storage area and infection control rules.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Record vital signs, weight, and observations; report changes promptly.
• Ensure resident confidentiality and Residents' Rights compliance.
• Participate in orientation, training, and staff meetings.
