Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document resident activity on approved forms.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes.
• Make rounds to check resident status.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Monitor vital signs as trained.
• Assist with dining and activity programs.
• Follow infection control policies and resident care plans.
• Communicate with residents and document accordingly.
• Ensure safety and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
