Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities.
• Monitor patient behavior and safety according to care plans.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans under supervision.
• Engage patients in structured activities and coping strategies.
• Respond to crisis situations with de-escalation and safety interventions.
• Maintain a safe, confidential care environment following HIPAA.
