Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital, part of BJC Healthcare, is expanding its New Hope Senior Behavioral Health Center. We seek compassionate RNs to care for adults 55+ in a supportive geriatric behavioral health setting.

You will perform direct patient care, assessments, planning, and coordination with the interprofessional team, while educating patients and families on post-treatment care and medications.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Educate patients and families on home care and medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Develop and document care plans with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
