Job summary

The New Hope Senior Behavioral Health Center at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is seeking compassionate registered nurses to care for adults 50+ in a structured behavioral health setting. Direct patient care includes assessment, planning, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.

Responsibilities emphasize patient safety and family-centered care, patient education on illness and home care, and collaboration with the interprofessional team to create and implement individualized

Qualifications

• Direct patient care: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care and medications.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents care plans with goals in collaboration with interprofessional team and patient/family.

Responsibilities
