Attain Behavioral Health is looking for a passionate Behavioral Health Engagement Specialist LSW in Oregon to lead Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) groups in nursing homes. This role focuses on emotional wellness, relationship-building, and structured programming that positively impacts older adults.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, especially with older adults. Competitive hourly rates, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Formación

• Must hold one of the following: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Experience facilitating behavioral health or substance-use groups.
• Experience working with older adults or medically complex populations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate meaningful TBS groups supporting emotional health.
• Adapt group content for residents with cognitive/emotional needs.
• Collaborate with facility staff for consistent care.
