Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and direct patient care: ambulating, bathing, positioning, feeding, and attending to care needs.
• Greets visitors, answers inquiries, and assists with messages and mail for patients.
• Ambulates patients, assists in and out of wheelchairs, and coordinates outpatient appointments.
• Answers phone, operates paging system, and assists during emergencies.
• Maintains orderly patient rooms and handles supplies and documentation.
• Collaborates with physicians, social workers, case management, and therapy teams.
