Job summary

A health services provider is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider on a part-time basis to deliver patient care in a collaborative environment. Qualifications

• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified – 1 year ER/UC experience preferred.
• Active and current physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure in the state of practice, DEA number required.
• Credentialed to see ages 2 and up.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete health histories and develop medical assessments.
• Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals.
• Interpret and analyze patient data to determine status and management.
