Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating quality activity programs (entertainment, exercise, relaxation, education).
• Chart patient progress and behavior descriptively.
• Escort patients to and from activities.
• Make regular in-room visits to patients not participating in group activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being.
