Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an experienced Activity Assistant to work at Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This role requires a strong understanding of developmental factors for adult and geriatric residents. The Activity Assistant will assist in facilitating activities that cater to the therapeutic needs of residents, ensuring engagement and participation.

Responsibilities include supervising volunteers, managing supplies, and maintaining records. Flexible hours are essential, including availability during evenings and weekends. Previous experience in activities preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical health examination.
• Experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities for geriatric residents with therapeutic needs.
• Supervise volunteers during activity programs.
• Notify the Activity Director of supplies needed for activities.

Skills

Knowledge of age-specific developmental factors
