Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a part-time Activities Aide to assist the Activity Director in implementing engaging programs at Calhoun Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities include hosting activities, maintaining attendance records, and interacting positively with residents and staff. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Activity Director with seasonal décor of the facility.
• Invite residents to activity programs as appropriate.
• Host assigned activities for the day with residents.
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities.
• Maintain daily attendance records for resident activities.
• Perform slight housekeeping tasks after parties and programs.
• Interact with all involved in a non-judgmental, supportive manner.
• Address family satisfaction issues timely.
