This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of our logistics network, supply chain management, and warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Managing and overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Directing transportation management activities, including carrier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Implementing and leveraging advanced logistics software and technology to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
• Analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of logistics and supply chain professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and import/export requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Developing and managing departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Continuously evaluating and improving operational processes and procedures to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains and driving operational improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and ERP software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment.
• Familiarity with Mexican logistics regulations and market dynamics.
