Placements24 is seeking a highly strategic Gerente de Operaciones Logísticas y de Cadena de Suministro for its rapidly expanding e-commerce client with a strong presence in Mexico City. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership of logistics, warehousing, and transportation management in a hybrid work setting in Mexico City.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in a relevant field and 7–10 years of progressive logistics experience, including WMS, TMS and ERP expertise, plus

Qualifications

Master's degree required in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
7–10 years of progressively responsible logistics and supply chain experience, with e-commerce exposure.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills, and ability to manage budgets/P&L.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency and service levels.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment and shipping.
Direct transportation management: carrier selection, negotiation, performance monitoring.
