Qualifications

• 10+ years of well engineering experience with ownership of planning and execution.
• Experience planning and executing complex well intervention and workover operations.
• Geothermal well interventions or HPHT/scaled well operations preferred.
• Experience with coiled tubing, fishing, wireline, casing remediation, and wellhead repair preferred.
• Strong ability to identify, assess, and manage risks throughout projects.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and develop well intervention and workover programs from planning to execution and handover.
• Design and support complex intervention operations including coiled tubing, wireline, fishing, and casing remediation.
• Prepare procedures, calculations, risk assessments, AFEs, and cost estimates for safe execution.
• Provide engineering support during field operations and optimize well performance.
• Identify and manage risks with appropriate engineering barriers and mitigations.
• Coordinate with drilling, production, reservoir, HSE, and contractors to execute campaigns.
• Act as contract holder for intervention service lines and monitor contractor performance.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve safety and cost effectiveness.
