Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong leadership and program-management capabilities.
Experience coordinating technical and operational teams.
Ability to translate complex technical info into clear plans and actions.
Experience driving structured processes in fast-moving technical environments.

Responsibilities

Create structured systems to coordinate drilling and completions programs from engineers to field teams.
Lead drilling & completions program cycles from requirements gathering to field release and review.
Manage timelines, scopes, inputs, and documentation for field-ready operations.
Ensure alignment of safety, quality, uptime, cost, and performance with company objectives.
Serve as hub between Technology Engineering, Operations Engineering, and Field Operations.
