Job summary

Brightcore Energy is seeking a dynamic professional to advance geothermal development projects from origination through contract execution. You will blend business development, stakeholder management, and technical acumen to navigate regulatory requirements and drive value for commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, project management, or project implementation
• Experience or education in renewable energy, real estate development, MEP, environmental engineering, construction, or architecture
• Experience with permitting or regulatory approvals, including at least one full approval cycle
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience working on cross-functional teams with internal and external partners

Responsibilities

• Facilitate geothermal project development efforts keeping budgets, schedules, and standards.
• Coordinate across teams to schedule meetings and maintain client communications.
• Create/update databases and dashboards in CRM platforms.
• Prepare or revise project-related proposals and information requests.
• Support internal teams with back-of-house project upkeep tasks.
