  • Manage your geothermal project pipeline in alignment with management’s direction to meet or exceed sales and/or revenue targets.
  • Conduct research on strategic associations, clients and partners.
  • Attend conferences and events to foster client and partner relationships.
Project Execution & Coordination
  • Lead and manage geothermal projects at varying development stages, while adhering to budgets, schedules, and performance standards.

  • Lead project calls and manage tasks across different teams.
  • Create and update databases and dashboards on Hubspot, Monday, and other CRM platforms in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, review, revise project‑related materials such as requests for information, proposals, and contracts.
  • Take ownership of the commercial terms and contract negotiations process with the Customer alongside the Legal Team up to contract execution.
  • Engineer and execute strategies to accelerate project development.
Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Execute comprehensive and tailored communication strategies for complex geothermal projects.
  • Engage directly with end‑user clients and project beneficiaries to actively build and/or strengthen direct relationships, understand user needs, and anticipate and address their concerns by proposing thoughtful mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Clearly communicate the project development process to customers and stakeholders to align on expectations.
  • Liaise with different project parties and internal teams to collate, share and submit information and other project‑related materials in adherence to project deadlines.
Technical Analysis

  • Synthesize information from sources such as feasibility reports and engineering analyses to share meaningful insights in support of team decision‑making and project strategy.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field AND 3–7 years of experience in sales, project management, or project implementation.
  • 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, real estate development, MEP, environmental engineering, construction, or architecture.

  • Experience managing projects with permitting or regulatory approvals, including at least one full approval cycle.
  • Proven delivery of 3+ complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
  • 2+ years managing client‑facing projects with responsibility for schedules and milestones.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
