Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• 7 years of instrumentation & control engineering experience or related role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, ISA, and applicable industry codes and standards.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff and write clear technical reports.

Responsabilidades

• Design control system architectures for standardized 50 MW geothermal blocks, including control philosophies, I/O lists, and CNs.
• Develop and maintain Ignition SCADA applications using Perspective with HMI screens, tagging, alarming, and reporting.
• Program Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) in Studio 5000 and contribute to shared library evolution.
• Produce complete I&C drawing package including architecture drawings, panels, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
• Review P&IDs and instrument datasheets; select instrumentation and control valves, meters, and safety valves.
• Design control panels including enclosure layout and wiring; coordinate with panel fabricators and FAT testing.
• Configure and troubleshoot Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, and OPC-UA networks; support fiber optic design and field coordination.
• Support greenfield construction and commissioning at sites, including SAT, loop checks, and coordination with contractors.
• Collaborate with process, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure I&C design is integrated with the 50 MW Geoblock product and support HAZOP/PHA.
