Dandelion Energy Inc. is looking for a Driller Helper based in Maryland, working primarily between Baltimore and Washington, DC. This full-time position involves gaining hands-on training in geothermal field operations and supporting drilling for residential projects.

The ideal candidate will work outdoors, assist with equipment and maintenance, while valuing safety and teamwork. Qualified applicants will have a valid driver's license and a strong work ethic, with opportunities to learn operating heavy equipment like excavators and grout pumps.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Personal vehicle and willingness to drive to job sites.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and perform sustained physical labor in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and readiness to learn new technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions as part of an active field crew.
• Assist with loading/unloading drilling and trenching equipment and materials.
• Mix drilling mud and grout, and fill bores with grout.
• Support drilling and trenching procedures on the rig.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas.
