Dandelion Energy is hiring an experienced CDL-A Driver to join our Geothermal Drilling Team. This role is based in Rockville, MD with hybrid-remote work across the state, offering steady hours and local routes.

You will drive Class-A vehicles to residential sites, assist with loading/unloading, support field operations, and help with basic rig tasks in a safety-focused environment. This position provides growth into a skilled trade within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with air brakes endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Experience securing and tying down heavy loads with straps/chains.
• Comfort with outdoor work in all weather.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to drive to job sites within ~75 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class-A vehicles to residential drilling sites transporting equipment and supplies.
• Assist with loading/unloading tools and maintaining yard inventory.
• Operate vac trucks and assist with drilling operations and basic rig tasks.
• Perform basic warehouse duties including receiving and counts.
• Keep trucks and equipment clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all safety and quality protocols.
