Job summary

Dandelion Energy Inc. is seeking a Piping & Installation Helper based in Maryland. This outdoor, field-based role focuses on supporting Ground Loop Commissioning operations by installing and fusing HDPE piping and preparing loops for commissioning. You will work closely with the Ground Loop Commissioning Lead, gaining hands-on training in geothermal installation.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills. Benefits include medical, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must lift 50 lbs overhead and perform sustained physical labor in all weather conditions.
• Previous experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors as part of the Ground Loop Commissioning field crew.
• Assist in installing and fusing HDPE piping.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
