  • Collaborate with geomechanics and completions engineers to design stimulation programs aligned with EGS development goals
  • Analyze performance of EGS doublet throughout the project life cycle, diagnose problems, plan remedial action, and assist with permitting and execution of the work
  • Evaluate effects of corrective actions or changes in field operations, power generation revenue and long-term resource performance
  • Collect and analyze reservoir data, analyze well logs and well tests, characterize natural and hydraulic fractures and develop reservoir conceptual models
  • Assist with the design of reservoir and fracture models. Use models to design stimulation and optimize EGS doublet operations.
  • Design and implement well tests including surface and subsurface pump installations, surface separation vessels, chemical inhibition, and surface conveyances
  • Oversee the installation, set-up, and operations of tests and testing equipment as needed
  • Work with operations personnel, Geologists and Project Managers to formulate and justify recommendations for wellfield activities and reservoir management
  • Responsible for planning and specifying logs and diagnostic procedures for EGS doublets throughout the exploration, development, and operations lifecycle
  • Responsible for the design, specifying, and monitoring of pumps for pumped production wells
  • Responsible for the planning, engineering, supervision, analysis and reporting of routine well logs and tests
  • Document analyses, interpretations of logs, well tests, diagnostic procedures and results of work overs, drilling and other changes in operations
  • Work with plant, field operations and IT personnel to maintain the quality and completeness of well data base and testing and operating records
  • Provide pertinent data and analyses to consultants and incorporate their results
