Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in construction management.
• Ability to understand procedures and instructions.
• Motivate self and others to achieve high performance standards.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and internet use.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical construction crews and subcontractors.
• Oversee planning, tracking, and reporting of construction activities.
• Participate in bid processes and assist with bid reviews.
• Coordinate with site teams to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical, safety and environmental codes.
• Support permitting and regulatory activities as needed.
• Travel extensively to locations, including international sites.
