Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical engineering or related field.
• 5 years of power plant maintenance experience with cooling towers, heat exchangers, turbine generators and control systems.
• Professional Engineering registration preferred or obtainable within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MM&CAPEX projects and plant optimization initiatives.
• Define scope, budget, schedule, and financial justification for projects.
• Identify causes of equipment inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Coordinate bids and manage contractor selections for upgrades.
• Travel to plants as needed and supervise safety/compliance during work.
