Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certified credential required.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC repair experience.
• Experience with Tridium based control systems.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate central plant and perform preventive maintenance and repair on equipment.
• Maintain and repair the HVAC distribution system across buildings.
• Keep an inventory of parts and supplies for central geo plant and HVAC.
• Perform water tests and coordinate treatments with the water contractor.
• Monitor the central plant monitoring system and respond to alarms.
• Assist with safety programs and conduct safety inspections.
• Inspect central plant equipment and HVAC distribution systems regularly.
• Perform maintenance across building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Support cost efficiencies and utility audits.
• Work evenings or weekends as needed.
