Qualifications

• 10+ years of geotechnical construction experience, working with drilled shafts, CFA piles, wick drains and soil/rock nails.
• Proven ability to lead crews in geotechnical and deep foundations work.
• Strong knowledge of drill rigs, grout plants and shotcrete pumps and their maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on geotechnical and deep foundation projects.
• Lead drilled shaft, auger cast pile and earth retention crews.
• Prioritize safety with the safety department and project management.
• Plan means and methods with the project team for geotechnical activities.
• Manage equipment and track field productivity and labor costs.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors and oversee self-perform work.
• Maintain quality control and field documentation; update project status in meetings.
