Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Geotechnical Superintendent in the Atlanta area to lead field operations on deep foundation projects. You will supervise drilled shafts, auger cast piles, and earth retention crews while coordinating with project management and safety teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in geotechnical construction, hands-on experience with drill rigs and grout plants, and strong communication skills to drive on-schedule, on-budget performance on large infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of geotechnical construction experience including drilled shafts, CFA piles, tiebacks, micropiles, and soil/rock nails.
• Proven ability to manage crews, costs and schedules in the field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with project team.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on geotechnical and deep foundation projects.
• Lead drilled shaft, auger cast pile and earth retention crews.
• Maintain safety as a top priority with the safety department and PMs.
• Plan means and methods for geotechnical activities with the project team.
• Manage drill rigs, grout plants and shotcrete pumps; ensure maintenance.
