Who We Are Looking For

We seek a Geotechnical Staff Engineer to provide geotechnical engineering services on projects such as buildings, bridges, roads, retaining structures, underground infrastructure, and more, during both design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with geotechnical team members and external partners to deliver results.
2. Prepare project scopes, budgets, and proposals.
3. Coordinate field exploration and site reconnaissance.
4. Perform soil and rock classification and laboratory testing.
5. Conduct geotechnical analyses, calculations, and modeling.
6. Develop design parameters and recommendations.
7. Prepare reports and project deliverables.
8. Manage project schedules, budgets, and invoicing.
9. Communicate with clients.
10. Support field logging and drilling programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical, or related field.
• EIT license preferred.
• 0-4 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in technical report writing and review.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
• Willing to travel locally and work extended hours as needed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willing to pass pre-employment screening including background check, drug test, and driving record.
