Job Description:
This position involves a variety of responsibilities within the finance department, including:
• SOX-404 (CAMP+) Control Testing: Performing annual testing of internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
• Financial Assessments: Conducting financial assessments as part of broader audit plans for both MFC (presumably a specific division within Lockheed Martin) and the company overall.
• DCAA/DCMA Audit Support: Providing support for specific audits conducted by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Accounting or Finance Background: Applicants must have a background in accounting or a related finance field.
• Presentation Skills: The ability to present to executives is required.
• Teamwork and Independent Work: Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a requirement.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced Excel Skills: Experience with Excel formulas and working with large datasets is highly valued.
• PowerPoint Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint is preferred.
• Data Visualization Tools: Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
• SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP software is beneficial.
