Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain imminently.
• 6+ years of geotechnical engineering consulting experience.
• Experience supporting transportation, marine, federal, or infrastructure projects.
• Background with subsurface investigations, soil borings, remediation, testing, and inspection services.
• Familiarity with DOT standards and public-sector project delivery processes.
• Experience managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and leading technical teams.
• Existing relationships within the Delaware market and experience with state or government projects strongly preferred.
