Job summary
NPAworldwide is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer (PE) to lead investigations, develop technical proposals, and deliver geotechnical design for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects in Baltimore and surrounding areas. You will mentor staff, coordinate with field teams, and support business development by building client relationships and presenting engineering recommendations.

Qualifications
- PE license is required.
- Extensive geotechnical engineering experience.
- Strong ability to develop proposals and reports.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high technical quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee geotechnical investigations from proposal through project completion.
- Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, reports, and recommendations.
- Provide geotechnical design support for commercial, industrial, residential, and transportation projects.
- Mentor engineering and testing staff and provide technical oversight.
- Support business development by building client relationships and identifying opportunities.
