Keller is seeking an experienced Project Manager for geotechnical construction projects based in Irvine or San Diego. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations to deliver on scope and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years in geotechnical/construction. Strong communication, risk management, and leadership skills are essential as you coordinate with field teams, clients, and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with the management team for support and overall strategy.
• Assemble proposals including risk assessment, evaluating opportunities to increase profit, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and client Q&A.
• Responsible for negotiation of the contract and understanding the contract requirements.
• Coordinate with pre-construction team if applicable.
• Fully understand and comply with Keller risk management policies and procedures.
• Plan pre-project meetings with the Superintendent and other entities as required.
• Develop plans and strategies with the project team to maximize profitability of projects.
• Build and lead effective project-based teams.
• Ensure the work performed meets the specified requirements.
• Work with the branch and project team to ensure the project stays on schedule and in budget.
• Identify and address changes; escalate changes when necessary.
• Approve and monitor weekly and monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets and other metrics throughout the duration of the project.
• Manage A/R collections.
• Ensure compliance with all Keller and OSHA safety requirements.
• In the event of a safety incident, work in partnership with HSEQ to support employees and project management teams per Keller policy.
• Resolve all quality nonconformance issues.
• Exercise stop work authority for Safety and Quality issues
