Job summary

Keller, a world leader in geotechnical construction, seeks experienced Project Managers for San Diego and Irvine. The role oversees geotechnical projects from pre-construction to closeout, coordinating with clients to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in complex, multi-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include financial oversight, risk management, safety compliance, and coordination with field operations to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with management for support and overall strategy.
• Assemble proposals including risk assessment, estimating, engineering and client Q&A.
• Manage contracts and ensure design, submittals, material ordering and scheduling align with project goals.
• Build and lead project-based teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Monitor safety, quality, and risk throughout project execution.
