Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. in San Diego and Irvine seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead geotechnical projects from planning to completion. You will work with clients to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget, and you will assemble and direct project teams to maximize profitability.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and support strategy with management.
• Prepare proposals including risk assessments, estimating, and client Q&A.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with pre-construction team.
• Plan designs, submittals, material orders, and scheduling.
• Lead project teams and ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manage financials including reports, forecasts, and A/R collections.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance with Keller policies.
