The role emphasizes technical oversight, mentoring, and effective communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, 5+ years in geotechnical engineering, and experience in analysis, reporting, and construction-phase support.

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of geotechnical experience including special inspections and CMT.
• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree or international equivalent with NCEES evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects from proposal through construction phase.
• Plan and oversee subsurface investigations (borings, test pits, field and lab testing).
• Perform and review geotechnical analyses; develop foundation and earthwork recommendations.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports, calculations and deliverables.
• Provide construction-phase oversight and resolve geotechnical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, developers and other project stakeholders.
• Mentor staff engineers and support business development.
