  • Provide technical oversight for Construction Materials Testing and Inspection activities as needed, including soils, concrete, masonry, asphalt, and related construction materials.
  • Support and/or provide engineering oversight for Special Inspections and Threshold Inspections, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to staff engineers, field technicians, inspectors, and other technical personnel.
  • Coordinate with contractors, developers, architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Develop project scopes, proposals, budgets, and schedules while monitoring projects for technical quality and financial performance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to provide additional geotechnical, testing, and inspection services.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and project pursuits.
